After years of multiple different sports, and dozens of teams, I have learned a lot. One being the importance of your team. Each team I have been apart of in the past, I have attempted to get to know each player and coach in order to create a bond between one another. In my opinion, that is what creates success. A team is not able to work together, or execute if their is no team chemistry. If I were to join a collegiate team, that would most defiantly be my first task.
