Personal Statement
I’ve been playing field hockey since I was six years old in Club Ciudad de Buenos Aires, always in division 1. Nowadays I train five days a week, once with Pablo Lombi (former Argentina national team player) where I practice skills, technique and 1 vs 1 situations. And on Saturdays it's game day with my team. Whenever I’m on the field I always give my best, physically and emotionally. I think it is essential to have a good attitude to produce a positive atmosphere on the team.
I feel very confident with my skills to escape from reduced spaces, specially close to the goal where I always try to get a positive outcome for my team.
Some of my accomplishments are:
2022 I got the "best athlete" award from my team.
2022 I was also selected to be in the top 50 players of Buenos Aires practices.
Since I played field hockey from a very young age, I always had to manage my time between field hockey and academics, giving my best in both areas. I always do my best at classes and dedicate myself to paying attention and asking when there is something that I don’t understand. I do not have a GPA but my grades in Argentina have an overall average of 9.14 over 10.
I enjoy meeting new people, new places, making new friends, and facing big challenges, so getting to study abroad would be a dream come true because it wraps up everything that I love the most!
