Christina Horn '15 Recruiting Profile

My passion is field hockey. Hockey is a massive part of my life and the hockey pitch is my favorite place to be. When I get on  the pitch I leave everything I have on it, and make sure every training session or match is beneficial. I see myself as a leader and love to pass my knowledge of the game to others, moreover I also enjoy playing in a team and I would say that I work well in a team. I take on constructive critism very well, and always want to learn new things. Not only have I reached international level at hockey but before this I competed nationally in cross country and have a high level of fitness. I enjoy fitness training, and spend a lot of my time in the gym working out. Although I spend a huge amount of my time training, I am very good at balancing my time with my work and am just as motivated in achieving my grades as I am with achieving my sporting ambitions.
