Personal Statement

Let me be honest, I used to loathe practice back when I was a defender in a small hockey team, but the day I decided to "pad up" and try out the goalie protection, I have to admit something changed. I started looking forward to practice and began loving my actual position in the goal, and I never missed a practice unless I had a personal issue. Not even for upcoming exams did I miss practice!

At the moment I am at my junior year in high school, which is an academically demanding school in Rosario, and will graduate in December 2021 (Class of 2021 here in Argentina but Class of 2022 in U.S). I‘ve been playing hockey as a goalkeeper for 6 years and have participated in both regional and national tournaments here in Argentina. 

My personal goal this year is to improve both academically and athletically so I can contribute with my skills and knowledge to my club team, and give us a better chance in this year's tournament.
