🏑 I Love Field Hockey and I have been working for years toward my goal to play for the US National Field Hockey Team!
🏑 Regarding college, since education is very important to me, I hope to use my skills and attend an outstanding school where at the same time, I can contribute to their Field Hockey team. Along with my skills I can also offer my speed, as I am one of the fastest for the 100meter race in my region of South Africa.
🏑My success in South Africa in making the highest level teams for my age in the country, has prepared me with great training and discipline in running after my goals. Alongside my teams, my private coaching with Jade Mayne from the SA National /World Cup Team has taught me not only skills for the game, positioning with my teammates, but has also given me the confidence to know that I can indeed compete at that highest level.
🏑As the middle of 5 sisters, I have basically grown up on a team, and have learned how to support others doing life with me. We 5 sisters are super close to each other and they support me now as I want to play in college and for the US National Team.
🏑I look forward to playing great hockey in college! As my family has traveled the world for my Dad’s work, I have become flexible and learned to see the positive in different cultures and circumstances we are in. Deciding to play high level field hockey has been as effort that has taught me great time management, and a goal that I am excited to see come true.
Thank you for your time,
Kaia Harding
