Personal Statement

I was born in Charlotte, NC , but have grown up in Cape Town, South Africa since I was in 4th grade.  I have played Field Hockey since that time and grew in skill quickly with the robust Field Hockey program South Africa has in place.  I love the sport!   I play on a high level school team and by the end of this 2019 season, we won the ranking of 4th in the country of South Africa for all High School Field Hockey Teams!  I have gone on a United Kingdom Hockey Tour with my 1st Team, as well as toured this country of South Africa playing various tournaments.  I have an astroturf in my backyard where I practice outside of my National Indoor Team, School Ranked Outdoor Team, and Private Coaching.  I am quick,  strong, easily coachable and I LOVE field hockey.  I am working hard to achieve my goal to play on a highly competitive college team!
