Hello, my name is Karina Polnarev! I attend Newton North High school and I am graduating in 2025. I started playing field hockey the summer before my freshman year. I attended the Elite Camp, Nike Camp and Revolution the start of playing field hockey. Entering the season, I was a Swing player for Varsity and now I am on Varsity as a Sophomore. Off high school season I am apart of two club teams named Metrowest Storm and Patriots. I practice 4 times a week and try to get as much practice as possible when I am at home. I had grown to love this sport after beginning to play it and watching college girls play. In addition to school and field hockey, I have been playing ice hockey since I was 5, I am a coach for little kids to teach them how to skate, and I am apart of a jewish program named BBYO. My goal is to be able to play field hockey in college and go to law school!
I am so happy to have a sport like field hockey to be able to grow and have fun in. I hope I get the opportunity to play in college!
