Hello! My name is Bianca Cano and I am entering my senior year at West Milford High School in New Jersey. I earned my varsity letter for field hockey my freshman, sophomore, and junior year. I played center midfield this past year and prior to that I was a forward. I am a very dedicated player and teammate, and am very determined and always try my best when it comes to both sports and school. I am looking to continue my career in field hockey and play at the college level. I am a very coachable player and have a lot of knowledge and love for the game! I always try to go above and beyond, always wanting to get better on and off the field. I am reliable and responsible and always have a positive attitude and a lot of spirit. When it comes to athletics and academics, I always strive to be better by being open, honest and genuine. I put my heart into everything I do and am ready to play at a more competitive level of field hockey!
I have always wanted to go to college and continue playing the sport I love, while also earning a degree in education. I would love to become a Special Education teacher or Speech Therapist and be able to play college field hockey at the same time! I will bring drive, competitiveness, focus, and commitment to the team and am looking forward to having that chance.
