Winning MVP of the Westfield High School Field Hockey program has been the highlight of my high school career so far (I am an incoming Junior). I earned the nickname, Hannah ‘The Wall’ Jepsen this year!
This past season, has been so rewarding both as a player and personally.
As a player, I learned the value of great coaches, teamwork and continuous improvement through hard work and focus. As a person, I learned the value of goal setting, tenacity and stepping outside my comfort zone. With several strong seniors leaving the team, we had a void in leadership. My amazing field hockey community guided me and led me to step up as a leader.
I am excited to start the journey to find a college that could use my skills and talent to accomplish greater things for the team and program, and where I can find a school that will challenge me academically. I offer you a strong, confident, tenacious and coachable player who is humble and always looking to do more and learn. I know I can be a leader on your team!
