I am a class of 2022 prospect looking to continue my field hockey experience at the collegiate level. Field hockey is basically my life and I play whenever I have the opportunity to. I play for a travel team called Long Island Field Hockey, and for my varsity team at Bay Shore High School. What I am looking for in a school is a great academic and athletic balance. I am a good candidate for any team because I am hardworking and a natural leader. I like to develop great relationships with my team mates in order to work together to compete at the highest level possible. Overall, I am a very coachable and versatile athlete, over my many seasons of field hockey I have taken up the skill to play every single field position. My overall preferred positions would have to be midfield or defense but I will play anywhere in order to just to see the field. Some pinpoints that I am proficient in is having a great eye in seeing the field and utilizing passing and my stick skills. Overall, my top strength on the field would have to be my hits, shots, and power. As a player, I love to expand my skill level and get better. I practice many times a week just to get my overall skill level to accelerate. To append to my athletic experience, I also am a very competitive student. I have been taking IB, AP, and honors classes since they have been offered to me. My great effort as a student has conducted me to obtain a 3.7 GPA, in which I am hoping to improve. Playing field hockey at the collegiate level has always been an aspiration to me, I am looking to put any level of work in order to pursue my field hockey experience past high school.
