Personal Statement
Playing in college is important to me, however I want to get the full collegiate experience and truly be a student athlete.
I started playing field hockey in my freshman year of high school and quickly learned the game, goalie skills and above all the need to communicate with my team and primarily my defense. I have fallen in love with the sport and am continually seeking opportunities to grow my skills in and out of season. I am adaptable to change and can step into a leadership position quickly.
I am looking forward to the opportunity to continue playing the sport I love in college.
