The last three years of my high school field hockey career have been filled with wins that showed me how to work together as a team to achieve a goal. But the heartbreaking losses we have suffered in championship games also proved to me that coming back from a loss requires so much more strength than winning. Playing field hockey has shown me that losses can happen whether or not on the field, and you need to be strong enough to face those losses. I would be a great fit for a team who is also a family and can work with each other to gain the best outcome and to recover from losses.
