Zoe Steppe '27 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing field hockey since I was six years old. The moment I picked up my first ever field hockey stick, I was in love. Since third grade, I have been a member of my club team, Central Penn. We have had many great accomplishments such as qualifying in RCC's leading to placing third place in U14 NCC's. USA Field Hockey ranked U14 Central Penn as #1 in the nation. My favorite experience was the U14 Disney Sunshine Showcase in 2023, where we came in 1st place. I am a starting defender for my high school varsity team at West Perry High School, which went 25-1 overall in 2024 and 22-3 overall in 2023. In 2024 we were Colonial Division Champions, Perry county Field Hockey Tournament Champions, Cougar Classic Champions, 1A District Champions, 1A State Champions, and my team got the pleasure of attending the Max Prep 2024 Tournament. In 2023 we were Colonial Division Champions, Perry County Field Hockey Tournament Champions in 2023 and 2024, Cumberland Valley Tournament Champions, 5th place in District 3 and 1A State Semifinalist. This year I was an honorable mention and was listed under Colonial division third team all division.
    I really enjoy all the friendships I have made over the years playing this sport, as well as the coaches I have met who have helped me along the way. I am excited to continue playing field hockey throughout high school and into college.
