Anne Gardner '24 Recruiting Profile

I am a class of 2024 athlete with a passion for field hockey and a dream to play at the collegiate level.  On the turf, I am offensive-minded and a strong attacker while my speed and reach bring a flare to the offensive line. 

Last season, I read John Gordon’s, The Hard Hat with my club team which truly inspired me to be the best teammate I can be and strive for more every practice and game.

I consider myself a leader on and off the field. I help coach a youth recreational team in the fall at the 2/3 grade level.

Academically, I make distinguished honor roll every marking period and maintain a 4.0 GPA while playing two sports each season.  I'm also involved in Track & Field-sprints and jumps-as well as basketball. 

One of my favorite things about field hockey are the strong bonds I have created with my teammates.  Attending camps and clinics also allowed me to meet friends all along the East Coast and I look forward to making new friendships throughout my career.
