Amanda Beck playo...Personal Statement
My teammates would describe me as kind and caring but on the field I am very competitive. I want to win at everything, even on small things. Playing field hockey is fun for me, I enjoy being with the team in practice and during games. I truly respect my coaches and would do anything for them, in previous sports it was hard to know why I was doing certain things, but for field hockey I feel like I know what needs to be done.
I want to score, but it is a great feeling winning the game and talking about the win with the team, especially during film the next day. Luckily I play all year round, so I don't have to experience that feeling of an "off-season".
I could provide many descriptions of myself, but I think that once you meet me and talk with those who know me and my coaches, you will get a complete understanding of my drive and character.
