Hello, my name is Kaitlyn Newman and I have been playing field hockey for about four years not and I have fallen in love with it. My goal is to continue playing field hockey as a keep throughout college so one I can keep up with my physical health, but also my mental health. Field hockey has helped me last through some of the hardest parts of my life. When I play I make sure to be constantly talking and explaining the plays I see taking place and trying to arrange accordingly. I am a team player and I will help anyone with anything to my fullest power. What makes me different is how much effort I put into games and practices and never giving up. I have EDS (Ehlers-Danlos syndromes) but that doesn't stop me from working as hard as I can to reach my goal and aspirations. From my latest field hockey season I have achieved making the 3rd team all region and received MVP for the season.
