Megan Evans '25 Recruiting Profile

As a three sport athlete and honors student, I have learned how to set goals, focus on priorities, and balance my time to succeed.  I have learned a great deal about myself in each of the sports that I play.  I am fortunate that I have had the opportunity to compete at high levels across multiple sports like figure skating and Irish dancing.  It wasn’t until I started playing field hockey that I found my first passion.  The teamwork commitment I have found through my school and club team is unparalleled.  We have become a family that supports each other on and off the field.  I am hoping I can continue that at the college level.  

While field hockey is a high priority for me, it is second to education.  I plan to pursue a career in international relations.  Enrolling in a school that is known for academic rigor is critical for me in making my decision about where to attend.

I am hopeful that I will have the opportunity to continue to pursue my love of field hockey and eduction at a higher level.
