My name is Clarissa Thurston and I am 5'9" 130 lbs, in the class of 2023, and my main position is forward but I can be flexible. I am a highly-motivated person, responsible, flexible, coachable, and a great team player. I served as my high school teams JV Captain my sophomore year, where I also spent time playing on Varsity, and my junior year I found myself in a starting forward position. I do not want high school to be my last level of field hockey, and I am willing to do anything it takes to reach the collegiate level. I have been involved in my schools DECA program where I have attended SLC and ICDC, a part of the National BETA Club, enrolled in the Full IB Diploma program, in the National Science Honors Society, and been on the Academic Excellence List for all my years in high school.
