Immediately after graduating high school, I served as a full-time volunteer Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Sydney, Australia from September 2015-September 2017. During this period of time in my life, I learned countless life lessons and matured in immeasurable ways. I have learned to discipline myself. I have learned to create a vision, set goals, and make specific plans to enable me to achieve my aspirations. I have learned to be a leader and to train others to fulfill their purpose and achieve their own personal goals. I also discovered my love for the game of football will never leave me no matter where I go. I will bring leadership, energy, enthusiasm, drive, maturity, and passion to your football team.
What sets me apart from other recruits is the versatility and the variety of my skill set. On the field, I was able to contribute as the Section Player of the Year, 1st team All-State Offensive Flex Player, 1st team All-State DB, and All-State Returner. Off the field I also provided leadership to my team and was voted Most Inspirational Player. I graduated as Salutatorian of my class and was able to be a tutor to some of my teammates. In the film room, I was given the responsibility to conduct the review of the film session with the younger players to make sure they comprehended the coverages and the game plan described by the coaches.
What defines me as a football player is not limited to my abilities on the field, but also what defines me as a person. I am intelligent, hard working, and have exemplary character. My talents and attributes have enabled me to not only be successful on the field, but in all of my endeavors in every aspect of my life. I always rise to challenge. I always rise to the top. I will rise to the top of your team.
