My name is Deven Robert Mock, I have been playing football since I was 10 years old, I have been put in many different positions on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. My offensive career consisted of Quarterback and Wide Receiver, I soon realized that QB was not the position I wanted to play and I have been told that my hands were very exceptional. I tried out at Wide Receiver and ended up going to state champs at my old school (ALA) during my 2016-2017 season. Now spending my time at my school (Combs High School) my 2017-2018 season I was doing well for my team to make a 7-1 record.
On the Defensive side of the ball I played well as a defensive end. I came in half way through the 2017-2018 season and ended up with 5 sacks, several tackles for a loss, 3 fumble recoveries, and a defensive touchdown on a blocked punt.. The other years that I've played on defense, I have been in every linebacker position, a corner and a safety. I have loved all the positions but I found I have excelled at defensive end.
