Lane Lay '26 Recruiting Profile

I have played football for around 9, or 10 years now. It started with flag football and then tackle, and then school ball and I have always just been in love with the game. Not only the game I love it's also the grind, the dedication, and the mindset that the game and my coaches have taught me. No matter what happens, I want sports to be in my life for the rest of my life. I may not be the fastest, strongest, or smartest guy on the field or on the recruiting board but I promise I am the most coachable. I am willing to go anywhere to play college football. I am willing to do anything to help my team, and I am working everyday to get better. I am a developing young player with the ability to tackle and read multiple offensive schemes. I also am an efficient player in both phases. I believe I can bring a lot to all programs in the country.
