As a multi-sport athlete for most of my life, not only has it developed my athleticism, but it has also shaped who I am as a student. Graduating in 2026 holding a current 4.4 cumulative GPA, while undertaking several honors and AP courses, I’ve balanced rigorous academics with competitive sports. If you had asked me in middle school about my athletic college aspirations, I would have said baseball. I played travel baseball for several years, focusing on first base and pitching. This experience taught me invaluable lessons in dealing with failure, performing under pressure, and earning my place on the team. These lessons have been instrumental in developing my athletic mindset.
I began my football career as a freshman in high school and my desire to play football at the next level quickly surpassed my love for baseball. As a freshman, I worked hard to learn the game and earned the honor of MVP at the end of my first season of football. I love the speed of the game, the comradery and the physicality of the sport and I was excited to earn a starting spot on the Varsity team my sophomore year.
Given my academic achievements, physical attributes, and the skills I’ve developed through both sports, I am confident in my ability to be a strong asset to college football programs. I am eager to continue growing as both a player and a student, and to contribute to a college football team.
