Aaron Austin '16 Recruiting Profile

I have many aspirations that have accumulated throughout my years. One has stood out amongst the others. My dream to play sports at a professional level has been with me since I was a small child but first I have to get to the next level, college.  I keep my grades high and help others keep theirs up by tutoring them when they need it, after all, my teammates matter to me.  I have always aspired to be the best, no matter what I am doing. Whether that is in the classroom, on the field, or the court, I strive to be the best.  I make good decisions on and off the field.   I put in the work now, so that I will be remembered later. I know you have to work hard and get a solid education to establish the foundation for your future and that is what I do every single day.  I am a good citizen, a solid teammate and have a strong support system.  What I aspire to have most in my life is SUCCESS.

I am a 6' 190 lbs safety from Bishop Amat Catholic High School in La Puente, CA. I am in the class of 2016 and have been on Varsity since my sophomore year. My career record with my team over the past, freshman year starter 10-0, jv starter 10-0, varsity soph year 6-4 junior year starter 9-4.  This past year I earned Scholar athlete, 2nd team all area last year, player of game this year, special teams player of the game.

Pretty versatile & open to learning new positions.

I am interested in a school that provides great athletics as well as academics. I have taken the SAT, I have a 4.0+GPA , ACT on 10/24/15.
