I am 6' 1'', 265 pounds and a member of the 2016 class at University of Redlands in Redlands, California.
I have played tackle football since the 5th grade. During most of that time Center was my main position. At the end of my sophomore year I was moved up to Varsity for the section playoffs.
In the 11th grade as a Varsity player, I started in 5 games at Nose Guard and Defensive Tackle. For my senior year, my main position was OT. In addition, I was a Team Captain during our game with Monterey Trail High School.
In preparation for my senior year, I attended private coaching and athletic training sessions four days a week in the evenings while also lifting weights with the varsity squad after school. I am also putting in extra time in the gym. During the summer, I attended three full-contact camps. I work hard at practice and I am very coachable. Since 5th grade, I have been one of the first to arrive on the practice field and one of the last ones of the leave.
At the present time, I am interested in government, and pre-law as possible majors. I am a three time scholar athlete at my high school. My ideal college match would be a school where I can pursue one of these majors and play football at the highest level appropriate to my skills while making a contribution to the team.
I am open to big and small colleges. I would prefer a college in states where I am near family.
