Collegiate Goals & Aspirations
My Collegiate Goals & Aspirations.
My Collegiate goal I not just to play football the game I love. It is also to attain a degree in the medical career field. My goal is to one day be a sport physical therapist and help heal athletes like myself and to be there to assist them in athletic goals as well. My aspirations are to play football in college as. In high school we are always told we are student athletes and we cannot play a sport if we do not have the grades to play. My parents have always instilled in my brothers and I that school comes before sports. My aspirations are to play football in college that can one-day lead to playing in the NFL. I would like to also set an example for my two younger brothers that if you set your heart, body, and mind to a goal it can be achieved.
What make you a good candidate to the addition a team.
I have been playing youth football since I was 9 years old till I aged out of youth sports. I within that time I have played rugby in youth sports as well. While playing rugby it has taught me how to use the skills I have learned and transferred them over to playing football. Rugby has kept my endurance up and has also taught me how to tackle with and without pads. My coaches see something me to let me start on varsity football my sophomore year in high school. I am hungry to learn the sport of football and to play it at a different level. Not to mention I am built to play football. My father is Samoan and mother is Latino from their genetics I have the stature and the build to play football.
What makes me different from other recruits in character, athletics, and academics.
Character: Coming for a military family where both of my parents were in the Air Force. My parents have taught myself and my brothers about our character as people. I have always lead by example; my parents have taught me that I can lead at any position in life. I can lead top or I can lead from behind. Being a military brat, I have had to watch over my brothers while both parents are deployed, or working late with the help of my family. I have been given more responsibility in my life that only other military kids have experienced. My parents have instilled in my brother’s and I that we are to have integrity, and excellence in all we do. I have used this in my everyday life and in sports as well.
