Tyler PALM '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Tyler A. Palm and I am offensive/ defensive lineman from the graduating class of 2022. My goals is to continue my education and football career at a school where I feel at home. A school that will provide with guidance, support and most of all push me to be the best version of myself both on and off the field. 

My football career began at the age of 5. Due to my size, I have always played up a year or two through Junior All American and Pop Warner.

Once I entered High School, I was able to play with my age level. During my Freshman Season I was awarded with Defensive Player of the Year. During my freshman year, I was able to grow and develop my Long Snapper skills.

During my sophomore year, I earned the starting Left Tackle position on the Varsity roster. I was fortunate enough to take every snap. During my sophomore year I continued to work on developing my long snapping skills. I was awarded with a Coaches Award for my athletic ability.

Junior season, I again was starting Left Tackle as well as starting Defensive End. I was blessed to take every snap on both sides of the ball. During this season I was awarded with Lineman of the Year.

Currently in my Senior season, I am starting left tackle ( 3^rd year in a row) , and starting Defense ( 2^nd year in a row), I was just moved from D-end to Nose Guard due to needing to meet a team need. 

I was fortunate to be named Captain of my team this year. This is something that I take very serious and stride to lead and support my team the best way I know . 

Academically I am a member of the National Society of High School Scholars. This is an accomplishment I am very proud of. Academics have always pushed me to work hard for the desired results I wanted. 

I feel that I would be an asset to any school, I am a team player and support my team on and off the field. 

I look forward to what the future has in store for me as I move forward in my journey.
