Alex Staff '13 Recruiting Profile

Alex Staff: 6'0 185 lbs, 4.5 speed and improving. My name is Alex Staff and I have always held myself to a higher standard than anybody else has expected of me. In high school I earned Player of the Week 9 different times,  MVP of my team, Special Teams Player of the Year, the Mustang Player of the Year my Junior and Senior years, First Team All South Coast League, and named to the All Orange County Team. Growing up, my father always instilled leadership qualities in me as a football player and as an individual. I have a passion that burns inside me to work hard everyday and get better no matter what it takes. My favorite quote is "winning isnt everything, but wanting to win is." -Vince Lombardi, and this is something I truly believe in. During all four years of high school I have been chosen as a team captain, and I feel that I will always be able to offer the trait of leadership by example wherever I go in life because it's a part of my DNA. It is my dream to play football in college and I hope that dream will become a reality.
