Anthony Hastings '25 Recruiting Profile

For the last 12 years football has been more then a game, it has been my safe haven my sanctuary all while being my battle field as well. My goal has always been to play football in college. Being raised by a single mom and she showed me how to be strong & strive for what I want. I strive every day in school, in training, with myself to become a better version of myself each day. 

When I'm not training, I love to help the younger football players. I Help them learn just like older kids did for me when I was growing up. Weather it be with a football move or just giving them the confidence to keep going. At their age I looked up to older HS Athlete's like they were super human and I hope I've done that to just one of them along the way. I also love spending time with my family (grandparents, Aunts, uncle & most important my little sister, she's 7). To her I'm a superhero, Her favorite thing to do is watch me play on Friday Nights. I often tell her one day you'll see me play in college and I hope that one day comes true. 

What makes me a good candidate for your school/team is knowing your not getting an athlete or student that's going to give up when things get tough. I've had great coaches and mentors throughout my life and I've always lived with the motto of you put into school and sports everything you have every time and failure is not an option. I'm just looking for a great school to better myself academically & athletically to better myself and knowledge with each day that comes.
