My name is Bryce Harvey, I am introducing myself to you as a student athlete that would like to be included in your recruiting considerations. I am a senior at La Salle High School and this is my fourth year of playing varsity football. I have been a starting cornerback for the last three years and running back for the last two years. I am 5’9”, weigh 160 pounds, and run a continuous 4.57 40 yard dash . I received 2nd Team All League honors last year. This year I was awarded First Team All League, Pat Tilman Award and made the All CIF Team. I also ran track (4th in League triple jumper), played basketball for two years and baseball for one. Additionally, I have contributed over one hundred hours of community service volunteering at LA Food Bank for my high school requirements. I am a member California Youth Think Tank (elite level) at USC. I also, serve the children's ministry at Victory Bible church here in Pasadena. This summer I am working as a Professor Assistant at UCLA in the Sociology Department.
My career goals are between Medicine and Business at this point. Math is my strongest subject. I look forward to college as a wonderful opportunity to advance my education and to focus on my career in football. I believe a great institution will help me achieve these goals. I believe my skills and abilities could fit well into most systems and enable me to contribute to the success of your football program.
I would appreciate receiving more information on your program. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
Coaches Comments:
“The sky is the limit for Bryce Harvey and his future in college football. This young man possesses, game speed, agility, great vision, passion, and a tenacious work ethic. Bryce started on both sides of the ball 2012 and 2013 seasons at RB and CB. His development has been a pleasure to watch. He is the single most dominant Corner back on the field. Our opponent’s game plan around him and they know where he is at all times. As a college prospect, I see him as a CB, RB, return man or a slot WR with the ability to play in space. Bryce is a physical player and has a nose for the ball. He has a tremendous work ethic on the field, in the weight room and in the classroom. Bryce has a great family and a strong sense of team. Bryce will be a tremendous attribute to any college football program. I highly recommend Bryce Harvey to your program. Please feel free to contact me at any time at (661) 492-5275.” Russell Gordon.
