Dear Coaches,
I am part of the class of 2018 from Santa Ynez Valley Union High School. I am a tri-athlete participating in track, football, and basketball. However, my hope is to play Division 1 football in college. This year I have accomplished more athletically than I could have dreamt of doing as I broke many high school records. These include: most receptions in a game (14), most receiving yards in a game (250), most receiving yards in a season (1235), most receiving touchdowns in a game (3), and most touchdowns in a season (12). Furthermore, I achieved MaxPreps and USA Football Player of the Week in the West region, Los Padres League 1st Team Wide Receiver, and All Area 1st Team Wide Receiver. I attended the Nike Opening Regionals in Los Angeles on March 12. My stats for my junior year are as followed:
Academically I have seen an upward trend in performance since the beginning of high school. My freshman year I had 3.6 GPA, sophomore year a 4.31 GPA, and my current junior year GPA is a 4.43. I am a member of both National Honor Society and California Scholarship Federation. I have not taken an SAT, but I am scheduled to take it March 11. I hope to major in either kinesiology, sports medicine, or other majors related to the medical field. Lastly, since my sophomore year I have been involved in social clubs on campus: Leadership Group and Buddy Club.
I sincerely hope you consider me as I will bring a lot of hard work and passion to your football program!
