I am a dedicated multi-sport Student athlete who thrives best in a competitive team environment that cultivates my thirst for knowledge. The Son of a Coach. I grew up playing catch, drawing plays, & watching film. When I turned six, I began playing Minor Football. I currently play Travel Football in the Summer & High School Football in the Fall. Through it I have learned that I am mentally tough enough to make the necessary sacrifices in order to succeed. My Academic Goals in High School is to be as competitive in the classroom as I am on the field. I want to make Honor roll all four years, & maintain a GPA that will allow me to further my studies.
I run on my own fuel. During the week I lift or work out after work. On the Weekends I get a couple hours of extra sleep & lift or work out at 8:00am. I incorporate Skipping, & Speed & Agility Training into my workouts. I’m a student of the game & enjoy critically analyzing film & going over my opponents reads & keys. When not watching film directly related to the Team, & our opponents, I watch film of other players, programs, & levels. Film is a time where I zone in and put myself “in the helmet” to try and give myself a visual of what it would look like to be on the field during that play. I’m always looking for ways to improve my technique to get better myself as a football player & do not take coaching as criticism. This helps me to focus, comprehend instruction & turn it into execution.
