Jaylen Henderson '21 Recruiting Profile

I've always had thoughts and dreams to go college, to play football with the best athletes in the world, to demonstrate my leadership abilities, hard work and dedication to a sport I've had fun competing in since I was eight years old.  To be apart of an institution where I can achieve academically, set high standards for myself to excel and pursue a degree in business, focusing on entrepreneurship where I can one day give back to communities where children are dealing with the effects of cancer.

As I attend the school of my choice, my effort to do my best on and off the field is what I will give everyday I'm blessed to see.  I will commit to the rules and policies the head football coach has in place, as well as the goals the university is aspiring to.

What makes me different from other recruits is that No one has the set of finger prints I have, I'm very eager to learn, I won't stop until I complete my task, I play the game the right way, which keeping team first is always a top priority. My chalk talk is off the charts and my ability to be an impact player right away is what I work hard for.  I can't wait to join a school where winning is the norm, mentorship is offered and development is expected.
