George Patterson '24 Recruiting Profile

I have always loved football.  Ever since I was little, throwing a football around, it has always been a dream and aspiration of mine to play. I played tackle football from 3rd grade up and have always worked very hard on the field and off the field to perform at my best abilities. I have always been told I am respectful to my peers around me and that I am coachable, and reliable on the field or on the basketball court. Most summers I play on a club basketball team which was ranked top 50 in the country and I was one of the best players on this team. Although I have a passion for basketball, it has never matched the passion I have for football. My junior year of football I led the team in TFL's, QB Hurries, and our defensive line in solo tackles. Although my transcript might not show the best of my thinking ability, I struggled a lot during covid and learning new ways in school. If you have looked at my transcript you would be able to say that I have bounced back this year, and have improved my learning, studying, and working habits to increase my GPA.
