My name is Evan Baugh from Legacy High School Colorado. My main position is OLB where this year I was second on the team in tackles at 72 and 50 solo. I also led the team in interceptions at 3 and able to get 2 sacks within the year. For my second position RB I had a total of 303 yards while averaging 6.6 yards a carry. In the 2013 season I was 1st team academic all-state and in 2014 I received 1st team all conference and 1st team academic all-state again.I pride my self in the classroom along with the football field. Through the first two years of my high school career I have had a cumulative GPA of 3.83 and 3.91 weighted. I have achieved this with AP calculus as a sophomore. For my junior year I am taking AP Chemistry along with Calculus 2. These advanced learning classes not only help me for a career but it also carries onto the field. From my coaches to parents and teammates I am seen as one of the smartest football players we have. That's from not only a feel for the game but also the time I spend studying game film. On a weekly average I usually watch about an hour of game film of the opponent and also look back on my personal film to look where I can improve. For me academics are a priority when looking into colleges.
