Liam Hassell '25 Recruiting Profile

While an eight man football player may seem ill prepared for a higher level of play, my diversity on both sides of the ball have allowed me to have great exposure to football. My size and strength have allowed me to dominate on defense, and I currently lead the Colorado mountain division eight man teams in tackles, and lead my team in overall tackles. I am a member of the 2022 eight man state championship team, and have been active in other sports at my school including basketball and baseball.  I am a fighter that has overcome difficult  personal circumstances, and manage to keep  a busy school schedule while maintaining a 3.2 GPA.  I have also demonstrated my work ethic via holding down a full time job and assisting my aunt at her small business in our small town. Honestly I did not see collegiate athletics as a option for me until I was encouraged by those in my life who see my drive and my determination to succeed.
