Hi there, I am Daniel Matterson, I play offense and defense and I believe I am a very versatile individual on the field. But off the field, my goal is to go to college and compete, as well as learn and graduate a successful student. I believe I could provide many advantages on the field and in the classroom. I am a leader; I am respectful and responsible in both my academics and athletics. I believe that respect for your coaches and teachers is the first and most important aspect of being successful. I also have a commitment to the game, as well as a high understanding of it. I have been watching football since I was four and at this point I break down and analyze plays while they are happening. I take in information and I use it, not only on the football field but also in the classroom. This allows me to be coachable/teachable, and learn from my mistakes, which is always a part of the learning process.
All in all I think that I am a great fit for college and football life,
Thank you for your time
