Jakob Smyth '24 Recruiting Profile

Dear Prospective Coaches, My name is Jakob Smyth, I am currently a sophomore and I just completed my first football season with the Manchester Read Hawks in Manchester, CT. I had the opportunity to be a starting player for JV as a slot receiver and called up to play Varsity as an outside line backer. My main attribures are my desire to better myself as a player and contribute to my teams success. I have a strong work ethic and I am a leader on the field. I feel those characteristics will make me a key player for any team. I am looking forward to building my strengths over these next few years.  My goal is to play football in college while studying pediatric nursing. I am looking for a college to challenge me academically and strenghten my skills on the football field.
