Lucas Damico '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lucas Damico. Currently, I am 6’ 3”, 300lb and play OL and DT for Pomperaug High School. This last year was very tough on myself, my teammates and many others throughout the state of CT with the cancellation of not only our school season, but also having our independent league season canceled after three games. During that time that I was unable to play, I didn‘t sit and wait for the following season to start….I continued to work with my trainer to increase my strength, speed, and agility in all phases of my game. In addition to the work on my body, I also worked very hard in school. I have been  an honors student every semester. What does my future coach get from me? He will get a student/athlete in the true sense that works hard not only in the film room or the weight room…..but also in the classroom. I finished my sophomore year with a 3.8 GPA while taking all honors courses. I look forward to hearing from any and all coaches that want a student/athlete in the truest form.  Thank you
