im 17, 6'6 258 pounds i've been playing basketball pretty much my whole life it hasn't been working out as i dislocated my knee 3 times so i quit to start playing football in july at New Smyrna Beach high school in Florida. i noticed i was pretty good at it so i stuck to it after the 4th game i tore my meniscus and got surgery recently as of right now im just trying to strengthen my knee again, going to physical therapy and doing minor workouts at home so i can hopefully get back to it by the summer time.
