Personal Statement

When I graduate high school and continue on to college, I am going to complete many of the goals I have already planned. Some of my goals are: 1. Graduating in three years, 2. Helping the University I attend win bowl games and National championships, 3. Being selected to the All American team representing my University, 4. Receiving and staying on full scholarship for my time at the University I attend. Continuing on, I will tell you the things that make me a good candidate for your team. First, I will know not only my position, but most other positions while I am on the field. With this mindset, I will be the coach on the field.  So, if a player forgets what to do or didn't hear a certain call  from the sideline, I can tell them what to do and they could execute their assignment. Continuing on with another reason why I am a great candidate for your team is, I am very technical and coachable. If my position coach teaches me something I will work to perfect the technique and drills. This will allow me to do the drill correctly and efficiently the first time because I will focus on the coaches instructions and techniques for the drill. Some things that make me different from other recruits are, I am an all around player. I am a great student-athlete on and off of the field, none of my coaches would have to worry about my academics or if I am excelling on the football field because they will see during practices and in the classroom. I am also very technical with my footwork and hands during games, practice, and training. I am also in honors classes and maintain a high GPA unlike other recruits in easier classes, making it easier for me to translate it to football by learning schemes and assignments faster. I am also a humble player that will not let success get in my head, but when I need to be loud and aggressive on the field I will.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
