Davion Green '17 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I am Davion Green I go to Gateway High School and my class is 2017.  I love getting underestimated, competition is my best friend when it comes to sports. Giving up on anything is NEVER an option in my book, If I were to do anything and not succeed I would keep trying until I do. I run a 4.66 40, my shuttle is a 4.48, i max my bench at 280, and my squat is 405.Being a leader is my main priority in anything I do,  that goes for sports wise, academic wise, and even in life. My collegiate goal is to major in marine biology.

My aspirations for college is to walk out of there not only majoring in biology but in something else also.  Just in case I reconsider about my back up plan and want to do something else.  I am self-motivated and have a reputation of staying focused on the task at hand. Practices and film days are as important to me as games days. I look forward to constructive criticism, as I am always trying to get better. I am a versatile player in that I played on offense, defense, and special teams. I would like to pursue a university with an outstanding reputation for both academics and athletics. My desire is to attend a school where I can make an immediate impact on the team.

Though the majority of my playing time has been at the linebacker position,I believe I can play anywhere on the field. I was named to the All-County first team OBC linebacker as a junior and also i carry a 3.0 GPA. Once again I am Davion Green a junior at Gateway High School.
