My name is Layden Canals. I’m a 6’2, 220 pounds Lake Mary High School Junior from Florida. Football is a passion for me since I can remember but also my career as a student is as much important to me. Since the age of five years old, I discovered my love of football and as an athlete.
My position is Defensive End and Middle Linebacker. I'm currently Defensive End. I could also play the Mike Backer. I'm a student of the game and I am capable and very understanding of the different formations. I'm very coachable and willing to learn and take on responsibilities. In addition, I read the field and can move in traffic. I can play the run and could also cover. I'm always working on my trade to improve.
My experiences taught me to relish hard work and perseverance. I'm doing everything I can to earn that success in whatever I set my mind to. I’m great at teamwork, coachable and can communicate very easy with others. In addition, I have a very well sense of leadership.
My dream is to play college football at the highest competitive level that I can with my dedication, integrity and determination. Finally, I plan to further my education in the medical field while I fulfill my dream to play college football.
