Hello Coaches,
My name is Michael Dunn and I am currently attending Brevard College in North Carolina. I am majoring in Exercise Science and a former member of their Division II football team as I was just granted my full release. Being advised by our compliance office of 2 remaining years of eligibility I am in hopes of finding an academic institution were I will finish my education (honor roll last semester) and continue my great desire to compete and contribute out on the field.
I was born and raised in South Florida but my dad worked for the airlines so we traveled a bit and I can honestly say that there is not one region of this great country that I would prefer over another when it comes to what school I attend.
I have been playing football since my freshman year in high school being presented with awards recognizing my work ethic and other achievements. As a junior I started on both sides of the ball at center and nose-tackle. As a senior a move forced a transfer to Monsignor Edward Pace High School were my GPA remained high, spending the year on the Principal's Honor Roll with core classes. On the field I took a few snaps at center but played defensive tackle. Our team did very well making it through the season undefeated and in order to keep my center and L/S skills fresh I was coached privately by a 15 season veteran NFL player.
I possess outstanding character and coach-ability, not looking to be the best at my position but the best on the field. I have only just scratched the surface on my ability and am anxious to lean more.
