I have been fortunate enough to play on our Varsity football team since I was a Freshman. It has both challenged me, but most importantly helped me grow and perfect the necessary fundamentals needed to be great at the game. I am blessed to be playing with such a great group of guys that push me just as much, if not more than my coaches sometimes. Making it to the Playoffs the past three years has been a real eye opener and has given me some great competition. Being able to go against D1 and D2 scouted players really showed me where I stand on my part. Knowing that you just sacked a D1 recruit or caught a pass against a very high scouted Corner really is a confidence booster. Hopefully, my final season will go as good as or even better than how the last three seasons have gone. I’m looking forward to the competition and hopefully bringing that State Championship Trophy home with us this upcoming year.
