My goal on my football team is to grow and improve my skills so that I can play on a higher level. Since I love the sport, I want to learn even more about it. My other goal is to be a team leader. This is very important because good leadership is most important on a team. What makes me a good candidate for the team is that I get better every day through hard work and I am a fast learner. If I make a mistake, I will get some extra reps so I can understand what I'm doing wrong. I build relationships with all of my coaches by asking questions to see how much more practice is needed in order to improve and to understand the coach’s play calls.
