Skyler Jordan '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches! I have been playing football since I was 6 years old. It has always been my favorite sport and an activity my family has enjoyed and supported me in. I have dedicated much of my life to this sport, and because of my commitment, faithfulness and relentless pursuit of achievement, I will never stop. I would love to be on a team that gives me an opportunity to contribute athletically and in leadership, and I will outwork any other guy on the field with me and motivate others to rise to the occasion. My parents have always taught me to be an honest, hardworking, and God loving man. That's something I stand by and something that gives me strength.  I know God will always have me and take care of me no matter what, and that translates into the way I play. I don't fear anything or anyone because I know God's got me. I think another big part of my game is in the area of mental toughness and comprehension; I see the game in many different ways, and I often try to look at it strategically from a coach's perspective. 

Academically, I have 3.91 GPA and I am diligent in the classroom as well as on the field. Through hard work and dedication to my education and craft, I know I will successfully weather the changes COVID-19 has introduced to the world,  and I am hopeful for my future. I would love the opportunity to attend a University that will meet my academic needs and allow me to contribute my skills and abilities to the athletic program at the highest level.
