Michael Kelly '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Michael J. Kelly and I am 18 years of age. Currently I am a senior at Social Circle High School. My current height is 6'0 feet and weight is 184 lbs. I completed the 40 yard dash with a time of 4.72. I am athletic and ALWAYS willing to improve in areas needed. One of my many goals in life is to play football at a college level while pursing a career in computer science. It has been my dream to play football at a college level and also know that I will be able to fulfill two goals at one time. I am truly a hard worker in and out of the classroom as well as on the football field and am determined to do whatever it takes to succeed in life and on the field. My GPA is currently a 3.6. Being encouraged by my parents, pastor, and teachers has given me the drive to always strive for the best and reach for the stars. Success is not measured by a man's God given abilities but rather by what he does with those abilities. I am working so hard, as far as academically wise, due to a need for scholarships and grants due to financial situations at home. Knowing that the resources are not there has given me that extra drive to push myself. I AM coachable and know that with that comes self discipline, motivation and perseverance.
