I played my first Pop Warner football game in 2014 as a 12-year old. I loved the game so much that season that, ever since then, I’ve been determined to play professional football someday! I always try to do my best both on & off the field so I can get to pro ball as soon as possible after high school. I do my best to be a humble student and athlete. Sometimes humility is difficult because I try my best, get good results and my family, the team & the fans really get behind my efforts - but I also know that wins are a team effort so that keeps me humble. I have encountered and overcome many adversities since I began playing football at the high school level but every instance has made me stronger and more determined to persevere toward my goal of professional football. I try to be a good example to others. As team co-captain I understand that respect for my leadership is earned by example so I also try to be respectful toward my coaches, teachers and fellow teammates. I am open to constructive criticism and always try to absorb whatever is being taught to me. That ability has made me a stronger and better person in all aspects of life. Basically, I’m just a kid from Hawaii who has a big dream and I’m working hard to make that dream a reality.
