Trevor Schoolfield '26 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing football since I was 5 years old. Since I first started playing, I knew I loved the game of football, and it has been my dream to play in college for as long as I can remember. 

I have high accuracy, arm strength, and great mental toughness. I know how to read the defense efficiently and keep my eyes up while getting pressured in the pocket. I am fast and elusive enough to run around DBs and strong and physical enough to take repeated hits from D-lineman and linebackers. However, I think my best attribute is my work ethic. I know that there are thousands of people with the same dream as me and I am willing to outwork all of them if it means getting the opportunity to play at the next level. 

I come from a school that is historically not very good at football, and my first year starting we made the state playoffs for the first time in over 30 years. This has helped me build and improve my resilience and my leadership. I know how to play from behind, and how to be calm and collected in stressful situations. 

This year I was first team all-conference QB, and I led 5A in passing yards and touchdowns. I was also recognized for maintaining a GPA of 3.8 throughout the season.
