Personal Statement

My name is Brock Lemmon, a 6'1" 235lb defensive/offensive lineman from Mt.Zion High School in Illinois. This is my 3rd year to be on the varsity line, my second year to start. I was 2nd team All Conference in the Apollo Conference my Junior year. As a Senior  I was 1st Team All Conference OL and DL. I won the Most Outstanding Lineman award at Illinois State University team camp out of 6 other High Schools. I run the 40 in 4.8, I am very quick and explosive off the line. My GPA is 3.8 and Act score was 27 this fall. Football has been a major part of my life since I have played since 3rd grade. I train year-round and work very hard at improving my skills. Academics are very important to me, so finding a school that has the right balance is crucial. Mechanical Engineering is what I plan on majoring in. I am hard working and a leader for my team. Preferably, I would like to find a program I could impact my Freshman year, but I am keeping all my options open.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
